Placing a "Dead End" sign in front of a cemetery is not a wise choice.

Oregon has a lot of very intelligent people. But it's safe to say that none of them were in the vicinity when the decision to place this sign was reached. Something like a "Not a Through Road" sign would have worked a lot better. And the meaning of life is that '6 X 9 = 42' works in base 13.
