Who is running this station ? Rumor has it that it reports to the county air quality control board; I couldn't find anything online for it. The solar panels look clean and well-maintained. The anemometer is certainly working hard enough !
This area is now an (undeveloped) open state park. Access from free parking on the other side of the freeway, with a pedestrian underpass.
