This idiosyncratic home has a three-story tower with castle-type crenellations. What else could be done ? They had to top them with gargoyles (rather, chimera) at the corners! The whole castle, gargoyles and all, looks so out of place in Pacific Grove with its Victorian heritage, but it is delightful in its own way.
