The nature center hours are typically 8:30AM-5PM weekdays and 1-5PM weekends with longer hours during the summer. The main nature center contains a few exhibits which are not updated on a regular basis. The planetarium is getting a make-over and will be reopened soon. The herpetarium is filled with live animal exhibit, thus neat for those who like crawling and sithering things. The facility serves a large student population from around the region.

Visit Instructions:
Visitors should visit the Nature Center and post a photo of themselves (or GPS unit) either inside or outside of the nature center visited. Logs without photos WILL be allowed if a lenghty description of one's visit and a mention of what they learned is included.
