This control point is at Miller-Perry Elementary School on Fordtown Road. It is closer to Kingsport than Johnson City, so why are they way up here? Found in good condition in front grass area.

Obtained a PDF with all the JC control markers and they form a wide grid across the area, so that is why this one is at M-P school.
