Found on second attempt to locate. Was buried under tall grass and slight out of line with directly in front of bright orange witness post. Excellent condition otherwise.
Azimuth Condition: Perfect

Your Directions:
On Moreland Drive. Northwest of Sullivan South High School. Opposite side of road from a trailer park. At intersection with a no name road to an old apartment complex.
