This fitness trial in is Tavistock Meadows, the town's park. There is a level path around the outside of the meadows and every so often there is a fitness station, this trail has only been in place for a few weeks, there are no large signs telling us about the stations just stickers on the station with instructions as to how we should be exercising at each station.
