Classic Bapist church since 1945. Roughly 150-200 in attendence each Sunday. Pastor Chris Alford is guiding the congregration to reinvent itself.
The church is located behind McDonalds and Long John Silvers restaurants. While the building faces Dewey Avenue, it is more accessible from the back off Konnarock Road which is reached from a traffic light at Fort Henry Drive. Church property has a picnic table and kid playground if you need a break from shopping at nearby Kingsport Town Mall.
