The bracket is located on the winch house and is very noticeable if you are queueing for the ferry and park next to it! It is on the west side of the road and on the south face and at the south east angle. It is only recorded as 2.3631m above sea level and this would be true seeing as the sea is nextdoor. It was last verified in 1958 and is 0.5m above the ground.
