Metal disk in concrete base even with ground roughly 15 ft SE of Fordtown Road and 40 ft NE of Lebanon Road. Stamped as City of Kingsport/Engineering Dept/096/Control Monument/1990 Survey.

Part of their inital GIS survey. I happened to have found a number of these since 2003, so now have a way of logging them.

Near USGS GA0797 benchmark C 98. Fordtown Christian Church no longer exists on this property, which was next to the cemetary. And geocache GCPB08 "Burial By Permission Only!".
