Vince Panucci has been cutting hair for more than 50 years. He purchased the barber chairs in 1953 for $500 each. At the time, those chairs were top of the line. Inside the shop is a photo gallery of a veritable Who's Who among Italian-Americans of the Pittsburgh area. Vince was shipped to Okinawa in 1944 at age 18, and two years later he was back civilian. Played football in the local high school, married his sweet heart, and now he's a constant fixture of the local community.
