This 44 ft. kinetic sculpture, 1990, was created by Parks Anderson. It is located at the entrance to the southwest corner plaza of the Seattle Municipal Tower, formerly the Key Tower, originally the AT&T Gateway Tower. The three forms attached to the apex swing randomly as the winds blow through the plaza.
