The Riverwalk is a trail that follows the Tennessee River along its course from Chickamauga Dam to Ross's Landing. The Riverwalk, parks , and open space comprise a network of recreational facilities called the Tennessee Riverpark.
This section begins at the Synair Company and extends 1/2 mile to eh Centre South Riverport property. Along the walk you will encounter the reclaimed Amnicola landfill site, wet weather ponds, trail parking, restroom building, and special interpretive exhibits explaining historic and natural points of interest as well as specific activities of adjacent businesses. The Riverwwalk is accessible to the handicapped.
