Zoe and Dana Falkenberg, the youngest 9/11 victims, and their parents Charles Falkenberg and Leslie Whittington, died aboard American Airlines Flight 77 when it crashed into the Pentagon. Sheila Hein, who worked at the Pentagon, also perished. All were University Park residents.
The memorial consists of a plaque and an area for contemplation containing five stones set into the ground and a bench.
