The description from the main station's datasheet (NGS PID#KW2888) is as follows:
AZIMUTH MARK, A STANDARD BRONZE DISK SET IN A CONCRETE MONUMENT, IS 0.1 MILE N OF THE CROSSROADS WHICH IS 0.3 MILE E OF NEELYTON. IT IS 3.5 FEET E OF THE CEMETERY E FENCE, 18 FEET W OF THE CENTER LINE OF ASPHALT ROAD, AND 82 FEET N OF THE SE CORNER OF CEMETERY FENCE. IT PROJECTS ABOUT 6 INCHES AND IS STAMPED NEELYTON 1941.
