The Fountain Place building is a 62 story office building in Arts District of downtown Dallas, Texas. The public plaza space at the base of the building is wonder oasis-like collection of water fountains and trees (172 bubbler fountains and a waterfall).
The building (5th tallest in Dallas), by the I. M. Pei architecture firm, was built in 1986, and it is a beautifully unique shape in the downtown skyline, looking like a greenish-glass diamond/prism, such that it has a different profile from any angle you view the building.
