This water tower is located behind the Cabela's Retail Store in Kearney, Nebraska

This water tower used to be a Kearney city water tower. However, when Cabela's built their retail store here in 1987, they needed the water tower for their use, and Kearney gave them this tower to use and built another tower for city water elsewhere.
It is located behind the Cabela's Store, which is located at 3600 Highway 30 East, Kearney, Nebraska.
Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get any closer to the tower, and I wasn't able to get a complete frontal shot of the tower with its inscription.
