The sign says "Pinnacle, VT," but you will not find such a place on any map.
Most small border towns have but one Port of Entry (POE), identified by the name of the town. Richford, Vermont has three. Thus, they had to differentiate.
This one is on Pinnacle Road (named for a nearby peak in Quebec), so someone at whichever agency controlled the port (either INS or Customs, the two now combined as Customs & Border Protection) decided to call this port Pinnacle. My guess is that whoever ordered the sign just went with that, ignorant of the error.
