This is one of a dozen 18th & 19th century (now commercial) properties lining E. Main St. in historic Moorestown. Most of these sites are contributing structures to the Moorestown Historic District found on the National Register of Historic Places.

Surprisingly, this is a contributing structure, although its appearance belies its historical significance. Today, the building is home of Burleigh's Paint & Paper. They have been in business since 1979. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything remarkable about this building.

The narrative mailed to me from Washington, D.C. is equally unimpressive:

"c.1925. 1-story brick commercial building with cast stone and aluminum-sided shop front embellished by shake pent. Colonial Revival alterations from mind-20th century. - Contributing.
