The windows are located in the South Chapel which dates from 1500. Originating from the medieval period the windows have been badly reset in places but contain much of the old glass. The South Chapel is also known as St Catherine's Chapel and below the floor lies the family vault of the Thornhill's. The Taylard and Thornhill families resided as Lord of the Manor of Diddington for many years and reference to them is seen throughout the church.
