Recently the church invested in this display for the old bell which used to ring over the church that was destroyed in 1901 by a tornado on Easter Sunday.

This bell was cast in 1874 by Fulton's Son & Co. in Pittsburgh. The tornado which riuned the church on Easter, 1901 made the ceiling come crashing down on the pastor when he was reciting the passage about the earthquake during the resurrection! Talk about a dramatic touch. He suffered severe injuries. The church moved on of course and built the structure that stands to this day. I am a member here.
