The Ashe County Humane Society works to promote the welfare of companion animals in the community through programs and strategies aimed at improving responsible pet ownership and reducing the pet population. Meetings are held at 5:30 pm the first Thursday of every month at the Pet Resource Center. We are located at 1175 Old Hwy 16 in front of the National Guard Armory in Jefferson, NC.
