The Greenville Municipal Court building was originally built as the First National Bank of Greenville in 1903. The Neo-Classical Revival styled building served as a bank for 75 years. The building was converted by the City of Greenville to the Greenville Municipal Court in 1989. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
