A mixture of public bodies, community groups, businesses, and individuals in the village of Endmoor came together to mark the Millennium with a new village clock and several other local projects.
Two clock faces tell the time, still perfectly accurately. On the south side, above the plaque, is a solar panel which powers the clock. Seen as very appropriate for the new Millennium no doubt.
