It was a cement block with the "EBMUD Control Survey" around the top of the disk and SIMAS is the top center of the disk. 90.09 below the SIMAS and then 1957 in the bottom portion of the disk.

I was placing a geocache nearby after walking up the ridge from Refugio Valey road and Falcon way. The hike up was approximately .4 miles as the crow flies from the intersection of Falcon and Refugio Valley Road. Initially I found what appeared to be an un-marked survey marker, and then when I looked around there was another marker about 15-20 ft away across the fence line. I made my way to this other marker and this was when I found the above described disk set in concrete.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
