I remember going there when I was in high school in the early 1970s. In fact my parents' next door neighbor when we moved to Carmel was an executive with Burger Chef and worked at the new Pyramids. He once gave me the Burger Chef front row tickets to see the ABA Pacers play at the Colesium. After they were bought by General Mills, he also gave me some A & W Root Beer mugs. They must have been another franchise purchased by General Mills during that period. I don't recall when it closed. It is now a Stout's Shoes store and has been for a long time but I believe that it was home to other businesses in the interim.
