According to my research, this is a Westchester 2-bedroom Deluxe model with the Serial Number S-01165.
The most noticable modification is the asphalt shingle roof instead of the steel shingles. The awnings over the window a nice addition, especially since the front faces the west.
It is nice to see they have not enclosed the front porch area, leaving the front door in its original position. However, I do not know how often it is used since the driveway and garage are on the opposite side of the house.
