The Bartow County Court House was built in 1903 in the Italianate style. There is an historic marker located on the court house lawn detailing the history of Bartow County. There is also a monument to the men of Bartow County that served in the Confederate Army during the civil war and to William Fleton, a “Model Citizen” of Bartow County.

The Courthouse is toped with a Clock Tower and a gold dome.
