Although the sign states it is a museum, but nobody seems to know when (or if) it is open. It is now probably more of a monument piece than anything else. At least it is preserved for history's sake honoring Manhattan's role along the old Wabash Railway.
Current Use:
The sign states it is a museum, it is, more or less, just on display behind the police station.
