This mill is owned by the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority and is located in one of 13 regional metroparks in the Detroit suburbs.

9 am to 5 pm weekdays
9 am to 7 pm weekends May through October
9 am to 5 pm Wednesday through Sunday, November through April

The Mill, its grain grinding machinery and exhibits offer a rare look at our past. Mills like this one once dotted Michigan's countryside. Today, only a few remain. Built in 1847, the Mill operated until 1967. Interpretive staff give tours by appointment, and conduct programs on most weekends throughout the year.
