Botanical Garden & Arboretum is a great area just to enjoy or learn more about gardening. The garden is closed on the weekends.
The garden is composed of
100 acres just west of the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater. It
includes the Oklahoma Gardening
studio set, the turf and nursery research centers and Centennial Grove. The
Headquarters Garden feature over 1000 species of herbaceous and woody plants.
Display gardens include an abundance of annuals and perennials, Water Garden,
Rock Garden, Miniature Railroad Garden , Wildscape Garden , Japanese Tea Garden,
and 7 to 8 yearly theme gardens.
