This carving sits in front of Sue's Beauty Salon in Centerburg, Ohio. It shows a hand holding some scissors. Around the wrist, where one might wear a bracelet, or watch, it says "Sue's" in red.

It appears to me to have had the bulk of the work done with a chainsaw, but the finer details were probably chiseled out. The entire carving is rather smooth and has been coated in varnish.
