This marker is actually high atop the tower in this cemetary in Albion, New York. It is a US Coast & Geodetic Survey marker. I did not find it on the geocaching list of benchmarks.
We were geocaching in the cemetary when we came across the tower. It was open, so we climbed up for the view of Lake Ontario. And there was the marker!
