We live between this park and another local park. This is the middle of the worst part of Flagstaff. When we were there vagrants were sleeping under the trees but there was also pee wee soccer being played nearby. I feel safe here because I know a lot of the kids in the area as I work at the nearby JR. High. Most probably wouldn't be comfortable here. It is a shame because it is a wonderful park and my son enjoyed it a lot.
