This bear is sitting reading a book and many a time has a kid reading the book with him too. The statue is of a bear sitting reading a book with a mouse on his paw. His back has become polished with all the kids wanting to sit on him. He has been here for as long as I can remember. There is also a newer bear outside looking in but he's not a sit-on-me statue. Whenever you visit please include a photo of this bear to prove you were here.
