Battle Ground Lake State Park is located three miles northeast of the community of Battle Ground and 19 miles northeast of Vancouver, in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Restaurants/grocery stores are located three miles southwest in the community of Battle Ground. Reservations year-round: (888) CAMPOUT. Information: (360) 902-8844.

Park Type: Day Use (no fee); Overnight (fee)

Activities:
Picnic, camping, fishing, swimming, boating and observing wildlife. Five miles of pedestrain and equestrian trails.

Washington State Discovery Pass Required

Background:
Battle Ground Lake State Park is a camping park with 280 acres of beautiful, forested land in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. The lake itself is of volcanic origin and is considered to be a smaller version of Crater Lake in Oregon without Wizard Island.
