This is your standard issue PetSmart, and they even have free, non-secure wi-fi. While they do have pets for sale, these are small pets like birds, mice, rats, fish, and reptiles. There are some cats from the local shelter available for adoption, and the dogs (and more cats) show up on adoption days. Check with them for details.

PetSmart's wi-fi is frequently on the slow side, still useful when using their app if your mobile signal is weak inside the store, and this one doesn't disappoint in that regard. Just connect to the SSID and you're off, but you may need to move around the store to improve the signal. You won't find any convenient outlets, though.
