I pulled into the parking lot of the Fallen Angel with some care because the driveway was on a funky curb halfway around a curve on a busy street. Hopping out of the car I spotted a couple of guys, tattoo artists I assumed, catching a smoke out back. Now part of my Urban Survival Skills (USS) require that, when ever possible, I check in with the folks whose territory I am entering, especially when toting a camera. These chaps were very polite, and it seemed pleased by my asking permission from them to take pictures, and "no" it was not signed, and "yes" it was done by several different artists. I forgot to inquire if that included them, but . . . oh well. Right around the bend is the Saints and Sinners Party Store, but that's a story for another day, told in neon. eeeeek
