The tourist website has basically copied the round Historical Marker above the popular wreck of the first boat inducted into the Queensland Navy in 1884. It was in service until 1921 when it was sold to a gravel contractor on the Brisbane River. It was later scuttled in 1958 to act as a breakwater at the Woody Point Cliffs. While there is a sign at the wreck discouraging tourists from climbing on it, it is still very common to see people around it.
