"IJSKELDER. Bakstenen ijskelder, vermoedelijk in oorsprong uit het einde van de 18de eeuw daterend, bestaande uit een lange gang met lichte knik en een ronde ruimte met een vrij vlak koepelgewelf. De dubbele wanden lopen naar beneden taps toe. De kelder is terwille van het rustieke effect aan de voorzijde met grove IJsselkiezels bekleed en opgenomen in een heuvelpartij aan een arm van de beek in het park in landschapsstijl in het bosgedeelte ten noordoosten van het huis. De kelder werd in 1994 ingrijpend gerestaureerd.
Waardering
De IJSKELDER is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en architectonisch belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- de ornamentele en belevingswaarde in de historische parkaanleg;
- als karakteristiek en funktioneel onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats."

"ICE CELLAR. Brick ice cellar, probably dating from the end of the 18th century, consisting of a long corridor with a slight kink and a round space with a fairly flat dome vault. The double walls taper downwards. The cellar is for the sake of the rustic effect on the front is covered with coarse IJssel pebbles and incorporated into a hillside on an arm of the stream in the landscape-style park in the wooded area to the north-east of the house.The cellar was extensively restored in 1994.

The ICE CELLAR is of general cultural-historical and architectural importance:
- due to age;
- the ornamental and experiential value in the historic park construction;
- as a characteristic and functional part of the historic country estate."
