Le GR 20 est un sentier de Grande Randonnée (GR) traversant la Corse du Nord-Ouest (Calenzana) au Sud-Est (Conca). Il fait 180 km de long pour 14 000 m de dénivelé. Son premier balisage date de 1970 et il est donné pour 14 étapes.
Il a réputé pour être l'un des GR les plus difficiles, tant par son dénivellé, que par son terrain accidenté.
Il se pratique de juin à octobre et son accès est gratuit. En revanche, les nuits doivent obligatoirement être effectuées dans les refuges (ou dans leur périmètre) et sont donc payantes.
Le record de traversé est:
- de 30h et 25' par Lambert Savelli (2021)
- de 35h par Anne-Lise Rousset (2022)


The GR 20 is a long-distance hiking trail (GR in French) crossing Corsica from North-West (Calenzana) to South-East (Conca). It is 180 km long with 14,000 m of elevation. Its first markup dates from 1970 and it is given for 14 stages.
It has a reputation for being one of the most difficult GRs, both in terms of its unevenness and its rugged terrain.
It is practiced from June to October and its access is free. On the other hand, the nights must be spent in the refuges (or in their perimeter) and are therefore payable.

- 35h by Anne-Lise Rousset (2022)
