[ES] “Con 15 años se viene a Madrid, dónde ya vivía una hermana mayor. Trabaja en distintos obradores, dónde va aprendiendo el oficio de pastelero.

A los 16 años se afilia al Sindicato de Artes Blancas Alimenticias de UGT.

En 1936, nada más declararse el golpe de estado se alista en las milicias populares. Estuvo en la 31 Brigada Mixta, dónde alcanzó el grado de sargento, en el "Batallón Artes Blancas", siendo su principal destino la Sierra de Guadarrama.

En el 37, aprovechando un permiso, se casa con Carmen. En el 38 nace Manuel, su único hijo. Carmen subiría con el bebé a la Sierra para que Manuel pudiese conocerlo.

Después la Batalla del Ebro. Luego el Exilio.

Estuvo detenido en Zagan (Polonia), después en Trèveris (Alemania). De allí salió el 22 de enero de 1941 con destino a Mauthausen

El 8-4-1941 es trasladado a Gusen dónde fue asesinado el 3 de julio de 1942.

Su stolperstein se colocó el 2 de julio de 2021 en la calle Mesón de Paredes, número 60.”

At the age of 16, he joined the Union of White Food Arts of the General Union of Workers.

In 1936, as soon as the coup was declared, he enlisted in the popular militias. He was in the 31st Mixed Brigade, where he reached the rank of sergeant, in the "White Arts Battalion", his main destination being the Sierra de Guadarrama.

In 1937, taking advantage of a permit, he marries Carmen. In 1938 Manuel was born, his only son. Carmen would go up with the baby to the Sierra so that Manuel could meet him.

Then the Battle of the Ebro. Then the Exile.

He was detained in Zagan (Poland), then in Trier (Germany). From there he left on January 22, 1941 bound for Mauthausen.

On 4-8-1941 he was transferred to Gusen where he was assassinated on July 3, 1942. His stolperstein was placed on July 2, 2021 at number 60 Mesón de Paredes Street.”
