The flat-roofed ALDI store has a rectangular base, and is painted with muted grey, ochre, and cream colours. There is a broad, flat metal awning over the trolley bays (heaps) and over the windows lining the packing bench that overlook Aerodrome Road.

There is a good sized open-air, untimed car park to the 'west' of the store - with a couple of specific disabled spots near the store entrance. The car park is access from Second Avenue. The store is easily wheelchair accessible; and it has a Battery Return Facility for dud domestic batteries. Plenty of trolleys (two sizes even) and plenty of plastic shopping baskets.
