The flat roofed, brick/block-based, rectangular building adjoins other shops of the Kippax Fair complex. [I was quite bewildered, as there is a Kippax locality 'close' to my home in the MidNorth Coast; but I couldn't find such a locality in Canberra.] There is a roof-top plant-room that projects up from the southern end of the store, near the entrance. There was plenty of shopping trolleys and baskets. The store is easily wheelchair accessible. The store sells alcohol with the same hours. To the west is an open-air, untimed car park.
