While there is some short-term, on-street parking, with an arcade walk-through to some stairs, Lift, or switch-back ramps up to this ALDI store, there is an undercover (under the ALDI store) car park, with a two-hour time limit - with its entry either from Third Avenue or Fourth Avenue. With the Lift up to the store, it is wheelchair accessible. The store also had a used 'Battery Return Facility' for household batteries. By the placement of this store behind the strip mall, all I can tell is, that it has a rectangular plan, and it sits on concrete columns over the car park.
