The car park beneath the Riverside Plaza has a three-hour time limit. (It does service three major stores, and a score of smaller ones.) There is a long wide ramp up from the car park and pedestrian access from Bourke Street - which is One Way heading south!! The store sells alcohol from a couple of designated checkouts, and has slightly shortened trading hours on a Sunday. There was plenty of trolleys and shopping baskets.
