This remnant of the St. Catharines Public Library is located by the St. Catharines History Museum and Lock 3 viewing area in St. Catharines, Ontario. It is the top of a Roman style column that came from the St. Catharines Public Library which was on Church Street. The library was funded by Andrew Carnegie and opened on January 2nd, 1905. The library was torn down in 1977.
