This U.S. flag retirement box was made by Hayden Smith (Boy Scout Troop #531) in April 2018 for his Eagle Scout Project. The flag box was painted to look like an eagle and the top was shaped to look like an eagle's head.

The flag box sits outside of Woodland's VFW post #1927 front entrance on Davidson Avenue.
