The Corcovado Cog Train is one way to reach the top of Corcovado Mountain and Christ the Redeemer, one of the most visited tourist sites in Brazil. The cog train departs from the station at the waymark coordinates and hugs the north face of the mountain, offering spectacular views of north Rio and the bay. But make sure you sit on the right side (going up) or the left side (going down) or all you will see is the mountainside.
