Photos taken on 14 September 2022. The monument is made out of granite and was built by an eagle scout. It stands roughly 6 feet tall and has writing on 3 out of the 4 sides. Mentioned WWII veterans from the US, Europe, and the Pacific as well as Vietnam, Korea, and the global war on terror. The monument lists the names of those killed who were from Palm Springs and surrounding areas.
